How to beat the credit crunch

LCCUK members were invited to the seminar "How to beat the credit crunch", which was held by Andy Berrow, Regional Manager from "Business Link". He had covered topic "Business management and planning during the credit crunch" and discussed such tougher-times issues as strategic and people planning, financial management, marketing and sales, motivation and where to go for support.

As in every seminar, which is organized by LCCUK, informal discussion and networking after an event was no less important as the main discourse.
